Hospital Admission Graphics

A series of small images were required to help vulnerable patients fill in the required information on a hospital admissions form. Questions such as 'Ability to Dress Yourself', 'Next of Kin', and 'Family Doctor', needed to be addressed, but in such a way that the form did not intimidate. Keeping the images simple and the colours bright helped to convey a friendly, easy to understand approach which put the patient at their ease.
